How long will it take for my carpets to dry?
About 3-1/2 to 4 hours for full dry.
My carpets are really dirty. Can you clean them?
Yes, anything with dirt we use eco-friendly pre-conditioner to loosen up any heavily soiled areas. We are also experienced with cleaning carpeted floors for storefronts, offices, and restaurants. Our hot steam carpet cleaning systems heat up to 230°F to take care of dirt, grease, and stains leaving your carpets looking like new again.
How do you protect furniture legs?
We use a combination of blue foam riser blocks and plastic squares to protect your carpet and furniture during the drying process. After your carpets have dried, you may remove the furniture protectors.
What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are 9am to 6pm Monday thru Saturday. We are closed Sundays.
Do you move furniture?
Yes, we will move lightweight furniture. If we have to move heavy furniture there will be an additional charge.

Yes, all of our cleaning products are safe for the environment, people, and pets.
How often should I have my carpets cleaned?
We recommend having your carpets cleaned every 6 to 12 months, depending on the amount of foot traffic. More often for heavy-trafficked areas and commercial businesses such as restaurants.Â
What are your carpet cleaning rates?
On average, we charge $40 per room. If we have to move heavy furniture and/or clean heavily soiled carpets there will be an additional charge.

Do I need to vacuum before you come?
No, you don’t need to vacuum before we arrive. We will do a thorough vacuuming of your carpets as part of the cleaning process.
What should I do to prepare for your arrival?
To prepare for our arrival, please clear any items off of the carpeted areas that you would like us to clean. This includes small items like toys, shoes, and remote controls. Larger items such as coffee tables, end tables, and chairs can be left in place.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance.
Do you offer a warranty or guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, we will come back and re-clean the areas that you are not fully satisfied with for free.
